It’s said that a ‘red sky at night is a sailor’s delight’, meaning the weather the next day will be fine. The rhyme is a rule of thumb used for weather forecasting during the past two millennia.  Weather lore has been around since people needed to predict the weather and plan their activities.  Sailors and farmers relied on it to navigate ships and to plant crops.

Drawing on our inspiration of the colours which can be evident during sunset or sunrise this potential melting pot of red and orange uniquely energises as it throws a theatrical display across the skies.
